STEP 1 INITIAL EXAM

What is it?

This is where we do a comprehensive initial examination.

Why we do it?

We want to answer 3 questions

1) Can we help you?

2) Do you need any additional labs or imaging done prior to starting acupuncture?

3) How many treatments is it going to take to see if acupuncture is going to work for you or not?


Depending on your chief complaint, your initial exam may include a review of your organ's systems function, a review of your labs, and imaging. 

  • Palpation
  • Range of motion testing
  • Neurological exams
  • Medical infrared thermal scan
  • Functional pulse diagnosis
  • Orthopedic exams

STEP 2 RATE OF RESPONSE TEST

What is it?

This is where we will start off with a few acupuncture treatments to test your body's rate of response to our QRA Acupuncture.

Why we do it?

We want to answer 2 questions

1) Will acupuncture work for you or not?

2) What is your body's rate of response to our QRA Acupuncture, fast or slow?


Acupuncture is black or white, it either works or it doesn't. If it doesn't work then we will stop treatments.

STEP 3 CARE PLAN

What is it?

This is where we will customize a care plan to help you achieve your health goals.

  • You will only be given a Care Plan if we have found that your body responds to our QRA Acupuncture.
  • Your Customized Care Plan is created based on your Rate of Response to our QRA Acupuncture.
  • Your Customized Care Plan is focused on providing you symptomatic relief, correcting the root cause, re-training your body to heal itself, and MOST importantly helping you to ACHIEVE your Health Goals.
